Aspiring Superintendents Academy? for Educational Leaders: Hybrid Learning Model
?
The Aspiring Superintendents Academy? for Educational Leaders: Hybrid Learning Model will demystify the position of the school superintendent and provide a blueprint for success in key areas of the role. Through real-world, situational leadership tasks, participants will work collaboratively to prepare themselves to become the future leaders of school districts across the country. Aside from the experiential learning and growth that participants will undergo as a result of their involvement, they will also benefit from expanding their professional networks and interacting with a variety of highly experienced and successful superintendents.?
"This program is probably some of the best professional learning I have encountered in 21 years as an educator. The blended format is perfect for our busy schedules, yet still provides the networking opportunities that are so important. I have made lasting friendships and connections that I will treasure for many years to come. But my favorite part of this program is the support and feedback provided not only from the other participants, but also from the facilitators. I believe this program not only prepares me for the next step in my career, but also provides me with a deeper understanding of the roles and responsibilities of my current superintendent and board of education." — Veronica Bayles, principal, Tuscumbia City School District, Ala.
